Patron must obtain and maintain, at Patron’s sole expense, special event liability insurance respecting the Event, on a per occurrence – and not a claims-made – basis, including, at a minimum, commercial general liability and host liquor liability insurance with limits of at least $1,000,000, per occurrence, and $2,000,000, in the aggregate, insuring against all bodily injury, property damage, personal injury and other loss arising out of or resulting from Patron’s (and its employees, agents and invitees’) use and occupancy of the Premises, including, without limitation, the consumption of liquor. Such insurance shall name Townline Road Events as an additional insured and shall require thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to Townline Road Events of a cancellation or material change in Patron’s insurance policy, and shall include a waiver of subrogation in favor of Townline Road Events and its insurers. Patron shall provide Townline Road Events with a certificate of insurance and additional insured endorsement, evidencing the required coverage, at least five (5) days prior to the Event.

To make your arrival as smooth as possible, please note that parking in downtown Union Pier is quite limited. We highly recommend arranging transportation to and from the venue. Whether you are staying at a local hotel, an Airbnb, or a summer home, booking a shuttle or car service in advance will allow you to enjoy the evening without worrying about parking.

To ensure a seamless experience for all our guests, we've arranged several convenient options for getting to and from the venue. Because downtown Union Pier features charming, limited street parking, we highly recommend utilizing a shuttle or local transport service.

Primary Guest Parking

We provide 35 exclusive parking spots for our guests located at the N/E corner of Exit 6 and Union Pier Road (Townline Road), conveniently situated next to the I-94 Chicago entrance.

• Location: 9294 Union Pier Road, Union Pier, MI

• Look For: Our "Event Parking" signage.

• The Walk: The venue is a scenic 7-block walk from this lot. If you do plan to drive, please utilize one of the following designated areas:

• Note: From this lot, we suggest a quick 10-minute walk, a pre-arranged shuttle, or a local golf cart service.

• Saturday Evening Overflow: Available at the south end of Mario’s Pizza Plaza (16170 Red Arrow Highway). This lot is a short walk (approx. 400 feet) from the venue.

• Note: No overnight parking is permitted at this location.
